Today, I’m inspired by my friends who have taken time to serve others. They recognise the need to grow others to levels beyond their original capacity and when they see opportunities for them to grow more  will help them step on their shoulders to climb higher. I’m inspired by their competition on self competence to grow themselves by sharing of their knowledge and experience many times without any reward. I’m inspired by their readiness to help and assist with almost no notice and even sometimes on such irrelavant issues as day to day challenges. I’m inspired by their focus on potential network and not financial gain – ofcourse you can always reward them generously but the ability to see the results before the terms of reference is credible. I’m inspired by the network of patronage across, gender, age and social status. This is a true defination of Leadership as a service! Celebrating Rebecca Wanjiku and Josephine Kamanthe.
